i just got your voicemail last night, it sent it to me a whole day late >:o
but anyway, you've probably figured it out by now, but just in case: when you make prints, a lot of times the ratios are different than the normal 4x6, which is what your camera prints out. prints like 8x10 and 5x7 have to crop some off the ends. when you drag the photo to the frame in WHCC, just slide it to the left or right to decide what you want cropped off.
